"Reserva Las Gralarias is a private wildlife sanctuary of 1063 acres located just south of the equator in Mindo and Nanegalito, Ecuador. It ranges from 1700-2400m elevation and protects 7 waterways, some 300 species of birds, at least 38 species of mammals, some 40 species of amphibians, hundreds of species of orchids and innumerable other cloud forest plants and creatures, many of which are basically unknown and many others of which are considered endangered.
